  • Understand and apply Enneagram, Meta-Programs, and DiSC: Learn the core concepts of these tools and how to use them to decode psychological profiles and behavioral patterns of temporary and contract workers in project environments.

  • Enhance coaching skills for immediate impact: Adapt coaching approaches by gaining insights into temporary workers' preferences, fostering better understanding, and improving their project performance and adherence to standards.

  • Identify and leverage coaching moments: Recognize opportune times for providing constructive feedback and guidance to temporary staff to rectify improper behavior and reinforce positive actions.

  • Apply behavior-based safety observation and coaching: Utilize insights from behavioral assessments to specifically coach temporary workers on safety protocols and hazard avoidance.

  1. Introduction to Enneagram, Meta-Programs, and DiSC for Project Coaching: Understand the key principles and benefits of these tools for deciphering psychological profiles and behavioral patterns of temporary and contract workers in project settings.

  2. Deep dive into Enneagram for Project Team Dynamics: Explore the nine Enneagram types and their motivations, gaining insights into how these types influence temporary workers' engagement, communication styles, and potential areas for coaching in projects.

  3. Unraveling Meta-Programs for Behavioral Influence: Discover the fundamental meta-programs that shape individuals' thinking and behavior, and learn how to adapt communication and coaching strategies accordingly for effective interactions and behavioral correction with temporary staff.

  4. Decoding DiSC Assessments for Project Collaboration: Explore the four primary DiSC styles (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness) and their impact on temporary workers' teamwork, receptiveness to feedback, and adherence to project processes.

  5. Coaching Moments, Types, Skills, and Techniques for Temporary Staff:
