PPMA Membership and Designatory Letters
Individual Membership
Our Individual Membership scheme is structured into 5 hierarchical grades, as tabulated below, from “Associate Member” up to “Honorary Fellow”, each with its specific requirements for conferment.

“Honorary Fellowship” represents the highest tier attainable within the Individual Membership structure. Honorary Fellows are elected by the Association upon recommendation from the Executive Committee. They are distinguished figures recognised for their exemplary achievements and contributions to the project management community and/or to the local or international academic sphere.
Conferment of other Individual Membership grades, i.e. Fellow, Full Member, Associate Member are approved by the Executive Committee on merits of the applicants’ academic and professional strengths presented in their applications.
Upon conferment of Fellowship or Membership as described above, members are entitled to using the Designatory Letters as in the above table.
Students aspiring to enter the project management career are also welcome to apply as Student Members, whose applications are considered case by case.

Corporate Membership
Corporate Membership
As PPMA Corporate Member your employees will enjoy PPMA events and professional training programmes at privilege rates. Applications for Corporate Membership are reviewed and approved by the Executive Committee of the PPMA. Interested organisations are requested to submit the application form, together with the necessary document, the one-off registration fee of HKD 3,000 and the applicable annual fee for the current calendar year, to the PPMA.
Corporate Membership Fees
The annual fees are prescribed according to the number of employees in the corporation:

HKD 9,500 for 100 employees or below

HKD 36,500 for between 101 and 500 employees

HKD 127,750 for between 501 and 1,000 employees
For corporations registered outside Hong Kong, an annual fee of HKD15,500 applies, regardless of employee numbers.
Members aged 21 or below and 60 or above are entitled to discounted membership fee of HKD200.
